Many of my clients are late-identified neurodivergent adults (both officially diagnosed and self-realized!) who come to therapy to learn how to design a life that truly works for them so they can stop white-knuckling and experience ease, connection, and joy in daily life.
Hi, I’m Rebecca (she/her).
As a late-identified neurodivergent therapist, I have found that embracing our neurodivergence can lead us on a powerful journey of self-discovery, joy, and connection with ourselves and others.
I love working with clients to release the shame and survival mode strategies that come from years of not understanding who we are and what we need, and navigating a world that isn’t designed for us. Together, we heal and create new ways of being that honor clients’ unique strengths and support needs and allow life to become sustainable, meaningful, and enjoyable.
I offer culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapy.
