Somatic Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults in MA & CO

Many of my clients are women and nonbinary folks in their 20s and 30s who are exploring their neurodivergence (usually Autism and/or ADHD) as an adult. They often come to therapy to end the cycle of stress and burnout and find ways to thrive so they can experience more ease, clarity, and joy in daily life.

You may already have a neurodivergent identity or be in the process of figuring out your experiences. Together, we’ll explore your unique strengths, learn how to meet sensory and self care needs, and address challenges that arise from living in a neurotypical world.

As a late-identified neurodivergent therapist, I have found that embracing our neurodivergence can lead us on a powerful journey of self-discovery, joy, and connection with ourselves and others.

I offer culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming therapy.

Hi, I’m Rebecca (she/her).

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and real. I am a body-centered therapist, which means we’ll explore how you experience stress and emotions in your body. We’ll develop skills to recognize and move through difficult physical and emotional experiences with self-compassion and calm.

Creating lasting change takes more than talking, which is why I love using creativity and mind-body tools in my work with clients. I’ve seen firsthand how transformation can happen when we connect to our present moment experience with curiosity.

Learning how to understand and tend to our nervous systems with deep care is a key part of tapping into ease, calm, and joy as a neurodivergent person. I love accompanying clients in this important work of healing our relationship to our bodies.
