Together, we’ll use mind-body tools to:
Understand the deeper roots of your anxiety and process past traumas
Gain skills for reducing anxiety in the moment and responding to yourself with compassion
Develop true self-care practices to support feeling safe, calm, and grounded in daily life
Self-Esteem & Identity
The way we see and feel about ourselves and our identities is shaped by our lived experiences in our families, communities, and the larger world. Together, we’ll:
Explore your unique strengths, identities, and story
Develop skills for working with shame and “inner critic” thoughts so they don’t stop you from going for what you want
Welcome the parts of you that you’ve felt you had to hide
Develop the confidence to show up as your authentic self in the places and relationships that matter most to you
Neurodivergent Adults
We all have different ways of perceiving, processing and interacting with the world. Currently, there is an emerging awareness and understanding of how adults, and particularly women, experience neurodivergence. Together, we’ll:
Learn about neurodivergence and different neurotypes (Autism, ADHD, HSP) and make sense of your experiences, strengths, and challenges in an affirming environment
Support you in recognizing and attending to sensory and organizational needs in daily life
Develop skills for working with emotions, connecting to your body, and building meaningful relationships
Learn to pace your energy to prevent burnout and support thriving
